Bread oven, also known as ‘four à bois’ (wood oven). Made of clay and wood, these are ovens outside the home used for baking bread and other foods. Emblematic of French Canadian culture in Quebec and but used in France and many other cultures.

Four à pain, aussi connu comme «four à bois». Fait d’glaise et de bois, ce sont des fours en dehors de la maison utilisée pour la cuisson du pain et d’autres aliments. Emblématique de la culture canadienne-française au Québec mais utilisé en France et beaucoup d’autres cultures.
