It is composed of figurines of the infant Jesus, Mary, Joseph, the three wise men, angels, shepherds, animals, and others. The tradition of santons, hand-made figurines, is found in Québec. Artisans include special subjects such as voyageurs, first nations, famous people and Québécois villagers.
